If you write to us by email or phone, we use your name, contact details and message only to answer you and, if you become a member, to manage your membership. Our email is provided by Google (Gmail). We do not sell or share your data for marketing.

Videos on this website are hosted on YouTube (Google). A video only loads from YouTube after you click on it; from that moment, YouTube receives data such as your IP address. See Google's privacy policy for details.

Photos and videos at our events

We take photos and videos at our events and may publish them on this website and our social media channels. If you do not want to appear, please tell us at the event or write to us – we will remove pictures of you. We only publish recognisable photos of children with their parents' consent and never together with their names.

How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose above or as required by law, and delete it afterwards.
